Lived here 3 years - Location can't be beat I moved to Houston in 2018 and have lived in three different apartments and a townhome since being here, and as far as apartments go, this one was the best one I lived in. My husband and I just recently moved out because we bought a townhome, but we enjoyed living in here. We had one of the larger one-bedroom units off of Columbus St. We loved how spacious it was, and we never really dealt with any street noise or noisy neighbors. Great Views and Perfect Location just renewed with the new management. Really nice to have management care about us and the overall appearance. This place has had some really bad managers in the past. Relief to have them care again.

The area is great, close enough to get to downtown quickly but far enough to not be caught up in the drama and traffic that downtown brings. I feel safe walking around the neighborhood and the staff have been extremely helpful with any questions I have.
