Whatever you guys did to this platform including the website is unusable can't type a simple question on the app completely freezes and quits the app the website doesn't have a search function this is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of fees we pay
The only replies I got from this app were scammers! Not one genuine reply to ship a motorcycle.
The app for android is terrible. The app locks up when trying to type questions or replies. Makes it really difficult to communicate with potential customers.
Total trash after 2 years still trash
Glitches making it unusable. I can't even set my pickup location half the time. When it does set it correctly, I still get pickups from across the country
App won't let me sign in.
Great app; However, over the three years In my experience in both as a shipper and a provider. As a shipper you not protected in away if you( carrier/provider) delivers and client agreed to pay at deliver and doesn't provide you with shipping code or releases payment. You(carrier/provider) not be paid. Regardless if you speak with a Uship rep. Please do your self a favor and don't use Uship until they provide more ruling and properly manager a conflict rather than to avoid it.
Doesn't work on my samsung tablet or phone. Great work developers!
We've been using this app for years and it's always come with it's fair share of problems. Now it won't allow us to type questions on a listing, the app freezes and then closes every time.
