App freezes, crashes, doesn't load at all.... I've uninstall and reinstalled several times. Once i do get it to load, i cannot type destination location. Horrible app. I have the latest Samsung s24 ultra top off the line..... it's not my phone. Other load boards work great. Please fix your app
Couldnt get past the ai goalkeeper of a chatbot. Great job preventing monetization. Ai chatbots are still weak sauce, and generally cost companies customers.
Terrible app for both sides. For the drivers, and for customers. This app needs a full overhaul. Such a terribly designed app.
Literally can't even create an account, thumbnails don't load and links don't work
App will not let you enter your DOT, insurance, or driving experience. Will not let you filter loads nor search for loads out of specific cities.
Worst app ever always lags and freezes . Nevermind the ridiculous fees
Downloaded the latest update, now the app doesn't even function
They charge WAY to much in fees on both sides for shipper and customer. To the point it makes it hard to do business
Absolutely terrible app. I received a quote from a vetted contractor on the app who then asked for an e-transfer. I emailed uship and asked if this was normal and ok to do which they responded it was fine. After sending the e-transfer I get a email from uship that the account was fake and now they refuse to reimburse me.
