app mostly works but the service is totally bogus. full of fakers/bots and scams abound. a total waste of a month waiting on the losers. they say theyll pickup then blow u off ... total waste. beware - bogus

Website and Application Not Updating. Used uShip to transport a vehicle from Ohio to California. I got very competitive prices from several shippers. Once a shipper was chosen and booked all communication stopped. Shipment was dispatched and picked up yet uShip doesn't show. This seems to be a communication issues between the shipper and uShip. Not my problem to fix or figure out. Hope it does not hinder final payment to transporter. Even got a survey asking why I didn't book through uShip. (??)
App keeps freezing And kicking me out can can give a quote or see other quotes given. One thing I can say is they're only taking a percentage and not trying to charge you up front.
App glitches. Not accurate. Furthermore, the uShip staff/ customer service are very rude and will kick you out of your account randomly to where you can't access shipments. Stay away!!
While considerably less functionality than website, has same flaws. No ability to save progress on shipment while creating it, and if you leave the screen for a second to look up silly things like the destination zip code, everything is gone! So much as looking at a shipment out for bid can cancel bids received. Hate it.
Terrible app with many problems for some reason for the last few months!!!! FIX IT ALREADY!!!!!!
Fix the app. Im getting error message everytime I open it up
