This app has always got problems... no matter how much they try to improve it, they never seem to get the entire app to function correctly... Google Chrome has so far been the only thing that functions completely...
I don't see the point of this. Most of the estimates are from other brokers so you end up paying 2 brokers' fees. 1 for uship and the other for the broker giving you prices. I would assume the whole concept of this would be to get people in direct contact with the carriers not to other brokers. Personal opinion to uship...put preference for carriers to make bids instead of brokers. If I wanted to go with a broker I could just do an online search, why would I want to pay you to do the same thing.
All the estimates I get are incredibly higher than finding carriers old fashioned way over search engine. To make it worse I'm told by companies my budget is way too low (insulting) when i have estimates for the budget from numerous companies outside of Uship. I'm pretty sure most of the bids are coming from other brokers, I can't tell if I'm dealing with direct carrier or broker, which would also explain the insanely high estimates. Sorry but this isn't worth it at all. Good luck people
This app sucks. Locks up constantly. The only way to fix it is to uninstall and reinstall. And if you have a business to run look somewhere else to get your loads. Don't allow this to drive down our market. I'm out!
Its an ok app... It freezes constantly though
Not able to get loads because it keeps prompting me to verify my email and i have to keep hitting the resend verify email and it wont give me a verifcation.
if I could give this app 0 stars I would. freezes up all the time so I have to delete and re install
app is junk. they updated to this from old app that worked great. this app freezes up and you have to uninstall it and reinstall it.
ever since their (update) id prefer jabing myself in the eye with jelly fish to useing this app. it is complete and utter torture to have to continue to rely on it or anyone at uship to care enough about its shippers to fix it please uship stop torturing us i beg you.
