new updates are junk app freezes and kicks you off have to completely remove and install
garbage app. wont even load to allow me to submit a shipment . freezes my phone and the app everytime . uninstalling

company policy is ridiculous. they suspended my favorite driver's account because he was related to a former carrier, whom also had several great reviews. They claim to run a tight ship, while they exclusively over charge carriers and shippers alike with fees that has them laughing all the way to the bank. They also allow the shippers to place very low offers. The folks behind this must know nothing about the shipping business.
