I'm a carrier with over 100 reviews. This joke of a company has dumb monkeys for developers and imbeciles for managers. Starting from 2015, up to this day, June 2019, with every new version of the app, it gets worse and worse, and now it is completely useless. Looked at the other 100 latest reviews, all 1 star. And they don't seem to even care or acknowledge the problem. Same with the website updates. Outdated map, useless features appear, while good search features disappear. uShip needs to be taken over by someone smarter.

Well, I'll tell ya! I have to uninstall and reinstall and uninstall and reinstall and uninstall and reinstall and uninstall and reinstall and uninstall and reinstall....etc, etc, etc... you pickin' up what I'm puttin' down?? Youd think with all the percentage ya'll are takin' from every liad you could afford to have an intelligent IT woman come in and fix ALL your app problems. Just a thought!

we have been using uShip for seven or eight years this is by far the worst app of any app that I have ever used it constantly crashes gets stuck they don't seem to want to fix it the last app was 10 times better than this one the carrier's complain all the time but it seems like the app developers really don't care I know they never asked any of us for feedback it really sucks I have to uninstall it and reinstall it at least twice a day. if it had zero Stars best rating I would give it
