App and website both glitch and crash. I cant use either of them. Guess there was an "update" recently. Well, that update wrecked the whole system...

it was way better before, sorry but this wasn't an upgrade, before I used to get notifications all the time, now I have to sign in everytime I open the app. and I don't get notifications anymore. two thumbs down!!!
Like other users I've complained about the app. It always crashes or doesn't work. They ask what the issues are and i send screenshots of the blue bubble spinning endlessly and the system error message. Then i never hear back. At first they told me my version android phone was older and not compatible with there new apps technology. I purchased the latest edition Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and it still doesn't work. Its ridiculous they charge outrageous fees for doing nothing.
errors galore! wony open from email. online is always promoting to download the app. It has progressively gotten worse. I have un installed and reinstalled without results

app is useless, the new version is a mess and times out to a point you have to uninstall and reinstall. very frustrating and clients complain to us about their issues. I this they will soon lose its edge.
