Great company but it needs working on the money side of things. You should have the option to hold money for cancelation fees when the customer has misrepresented a load to offset the cost of our time and fuel. This way all carriers can be confident in the fact that they are not going to Lose money and lose their company. Thanks and I hope you truly fix this very big problem and very expensive for us shippers. You already take to much from us in fee's so please don't let us carriers down with th
