I am a carrier and love the app but biggest biggest downside for making money is A lot of dead listings I mean a lot of dead listings.
Fees are through the roof or I would use more often. Also, having more stringent password restrictions than any website on earth is a bit ridiculous. Really, forced 12 characters and all the special rules, why? Other than that, it's decent. Allows shippers and haulers to connect and is especially good for people needing a one time use, but again, fees are very high.
Super buggy. Sometimes makes communication with customer difficult. And I found out the customer pays a fee as well. They make money on both ends with at least a 10% fee each side. Kind of crazy if you're charging both sides fees shouldn't be as high.
Just got this app as the website was not worth using. Tells you to put in shipment and all details and then resets(on website). Got the app, set up my account and it did the same thing to me until I signed in AGAIN. After I was able to put an ad in, it asks you for additional details so i wrote everything out but it doesn't show up on the ad anywhere. We shall see how this goes. I only need one thing shipped so this might be my only use of this service.
It freezes up if you type in a listing question, or note to customers during the bidding process
Does not allow you to search a radius, website is better for searching
I get email notifications but can't find the items on the app.
