The app used to be really smooth. It needed a few minor improvements, but it was reliable. Since the update however, I can't spend 15 minutes at a time on the app because it freezes constantly. I also can no longer type additional messages to customers in the bid section. I'll click in the box at the bottom and it will pull my keyboard up for about 1 second, then close the keyboard. I know you developers are working hard on this and I appreciate your work. This is just frustrating as a shipper.

Royally screwed up one thing. Every few hours, I have to log back into the app. Why does it keep logging us out??!! It makes no sense. However, so many welcome search improvements.
app keeps crashing shows its loading but doesnt. it also keeps logging me out.
This app is just about impossible . Difficulty changing offers, both parties in the transaction confused, messaging works on/off but no indication as to why, and overall not intuitive. So, you basically end up just circumventing the app with the shipper because neither of you can make it work, and rather than making their app work right they religiously enforce a language policy fit for the 3rd grade, not adults. So, spend more time improving your app and less telling other people how they should
