I had a very bad first experience since the company that was originally going to ship my bike account got cancelled. Sonny C. From uShip Customer Operations was very helpful over the phone and helped me with the situation because of the inconvenience and everything ended up working out.
Love it for finding new loads. Very convenient and can get what load i need when i need at a good price.

Its nice that it connects you to each other, but it cost way to much..I am even being told by the people I haul for that they will look for a different way after they find out why the bids are so high. Other companies are charging a SMALL fee for withdrawal of money why other's split the cost between customer and drivers.
app freezes almost daily. uninstall and reinstall is required. works pretty good.....when it works.
never and i mean never works corectly and with the 20% + fees they charge it should work 100% of the time.
