Pretty good experience for this first time Canadian user. Pickup and dropoff locations were fairly remote so I thought my shipment might be a challenge. With the US/Canada border closed, I had to put my faith in the carrier at both ends . Fortunately, I found them to be upfront and reassuring and all went very well.
