Glitchy. I lose my posts and have to repost everything. The insurance has a deductible so its no good for small shipping. Never make side cash deals...never! Kinda like Uber...regular people with a truck that need money. Most times not professional but they get the job done. Businesses...ask lots of questions and be clear about your expectations. Some drivers have no time management and communication. I still use because the positive outweighs the negative. I ship iron furniture.
