I use this phone app primarily, not the desktop version, for my transport business. There were some irritable quirks, like having bid dates change on the bid after submitting the bid. I am trying to keep this review about the app and not the business as I've seen others not do. The other major quirk I have issue with is when a customer replies multiple times in a thread of conversation, sometimes the additional replies show up after some considerable period of time which breaks the continuity of the conversation flow.
