Works great when working directly with an actual carrier. I have found them to be honest, punctual, and great with communication. All this is just the opposite when using a broker. Watch out for brokers wanting extra money later in order to get a quicker delivery.

This was my first time using UShip and overall, it was a very easy process and great experience. I liked the ability to receive multiple bids on my shipping request and being able to view the ratings about the potential shippers to aid in my decision on who to use. Used it as I am relocating across the country and the service from the company in dealt with was exceptional. I did have hesitation to try out this format as opposed to having the moving company contract out with their contacts, but I would 100% use it again if and when we need to.
