When it comes to the activities I would've liked to see more in chair exercise like my mom had at assisted living - yoga, Zumba, etc in a chair. We will forever be indebted to our mom's wonderful, caring staff who made her feel at home in memory care. Yes, we would recommend Vacaville Memory Care to other families based on our experience.

This facility is perfect for the people with dementia. My sister in law thrived here! Staff are wonderful and the freedom to move is amazing.

The staff at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville are friendly. The housekeeping and the communication with the family are both good. The move in process was super easy. The food is good. There are lots of activities that families can attend. I recommend sewing name labels on clothing or using fabric paint, sharpie fades after a few washes. I would recommend Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville to others.

The staff are kind and attentive which made a great difference when he got more feeble. I never heard impatient or curt conversations with patients. Also having an enclosed area with gardens and gazebo accessible at any time was perfect. Much better than the last place he was at where you had to ask to go out to the sad concrete patio. And they understood dementia better at Pacifica, were more aware and considerate about issues that arise (like his wanting to pack up every other week). Absolutely recommend Pacifica.

They were always helpful and showed a lot of compassion to those staying there. They always called me if there were any concerns. My husband shared a room with another person. The rooms were a good size that met their needs.

Biggest outdoor space available for residents out of all the spaces I toured, lots of music outdoors and indoors, dorm style living with residents assigned to a specific house and the different houses arranged circular on the perimeter of the outdoor space, fairly affordable, bright facility with lots of natural light in their rooms, resident rooms are decent sized, med techs are very caring. Visited the community with our an appointment and the was welcome by a nice, well presented and friendly lady at the font . Sales person welcomed me right away and with a nice, caring attitude. She explained their services and her 20 plus year of knowledge. . I had no idea that this community is for seniors with dementia only and my dad needs assisted living. I would recommend others to visit if their need is for memory care
