Biggest outdoor space available for residents out of all the spaces I toured, lots of music outdoors and indoors, dorm style living with residents assigned to a specific house and the different houses arranged circular on the perimeter of the outdoor space, fairly affordable, bright facility with lots of natural light in their rooms, resident rooms are decent sized, med techs are very caring. I’ve visited dozens of memory care communities and Pacifica is the Best. Beautiful feel of home and very caring staff. I visited for a community event. The lighting of the Trees. Residence were able to choose their favorite..

Visited the community with our an appointment and the was welcome by a nice, well presented and friendly lady at the font . Sales person welcomed me right away and with a nice, caring attitude. She explained their services and her 20 plus year of knowledge. . I had no idea that this community is for seniors with dementia only and my dad needs assisted living. I would recommend others to visit if their need is for memory care

The facility does a great job of caring for those who need help due to dementia or elders with other special needs. My husband has Alzheimer’s and needs full my time care. From the moment he first arrived at Pacifica Senior Living, they worked to make him feel at home. It a a beautiful setting, with lovely outdoor areas the residents can safely use. Let me just start by saying that the staff completely won me over, not to mention how fantastic the facility is. Super clean and nothing but good things to say about this place over all!! The courtyard is beautiful as well!

I have to say this community is absolutely wonderful. The care and love they show to their residents is incredible! The employees are always happy when I stop by and always with a smile on their face. I love the way they interact with residents and families as they truly do care about your loved ones. If you are looking for a community that feels like home, this is the place to check out.

Initially, the salesperson [name removed] at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville contacted me and was very friendly. She answered all of my questions, about both financial and care. I made arrangements to take a tour and was so impressed with the cleanliness of the place. We met with some of the staff and were able to see how they interacted with the residents. All of which were positive. The move in process went seamlessly. The only thing I would recommend is that the staff should go over the room to be sure it is ready for th... read more

This was the only facility I toured that had an enclosed courtyard. My mom is able to go out whenever she likes and take a walk on her own. The cottages are setup like homes and are very comfortable.

The staff is nice and friendly at Pacifica Senior Living Vacaville. I've been there so often, they know my name. The housekeeping is good. We once asked to have the room floor mopped and the cleaning crew did it right away. Laundry is done at night. On occasion, my dad gets an item that isn't his. We just give it to a care giver. Not an issue as far as we are concerned. Dad's name is on everything that belongs to him. Communication with the family is good.
