Pacifica Vacaville is a very amazing and welcoming senior living community for seniors living with dementia. They are always doing fun activities for their residents and staff. I visit many communities but this is my favorite so far.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living because the staff was amazing, they just took a minute when we were newer to introduce themselves and all know us by name. you feel welcome and at home here. Being a difficult situation, this is just what we needed at the time. It is also a memory care facility so they take residents until end of life, so we will not have to move him later which was huge for us not having to worry about that. From our understanding our loved one seems to enjoy the meals, and it really stood out to us because it is memory care only facility. The facility is designed and set up in a way that looks like separate houses, so each residents has their own smaller building with only one level and a staff that is pretty much dedicated to those certain residents. It feels less institutional and more like a home.

I chose this community for my loved one based upon the individual units, beautiful court yard and setting. The staff is professional, positive to all our loved ones needs and concerns.

I am so grateful for Pacifica. Trying to get my mother a caring and safe placement during covid era was very challenging. Pacifica's staff, especially [named removed] made the difficulties manageable.

We are very confident in how the staff takes care of our loved ones. They are open to feedback and adapt well. The covid was good and their communication is excelent. I would definitely recommend this community to others
