Good quality for everything. Everything is good. I love the comm., I love to visit my wife in a safe manner. Staff is always welcoming and professional.
I am very pleased with the care my mother has received over the past year. She has Alzheimer's and has been at Pacifica for over 4 years now. There have been many ups and downs over the years, many mgmt changes, but things have settled down nicely now. Everything seems to be running more smoothly and consistently under the current director. The current caregivers are attentive, hard-working and very good. However, turn-over is quite high. All the Staff is very well organized around the facility. There is five houses around the community with a large patio for residents to walk and enjoy the nature. I work in many others facilities but this place is by far the most organized and clean. The residents also look happy and the staff does a wonderful job with their hygiene.
This is a safe environment for patients living with dementia or other memory related diseased. Patients are will taking care. This facility is very well organized and very friendly. The staff is always looking to help residents and families. I work for a hospice agency and I seen how compassion and loving the care staff is with the residents. Great place to recommend to families and friends.

Lovely Community. Its very quiet and clean. The staff is very friendly and caring to the residents and families.
We don't like the staff turnover. I am concerned that the staff are over worked and underpaid and I am concerned that with all of the money we are paying goes that it is not going caregivers that do all of the hard work. It is a good place for the elderly. They do the best that they can there. We visited other places and we chose this one because is was homelike, we liked the cottages, and it was not too big and too overwhelming for the residents, The food is good with variety.
