I am very pleased with the care my mother has received over the past year. She has Alzheimer's and has been at Pacifica for over 4 years now. There have been many ups and downs over the years, many mgmt changes, but things have settled down nicely now. Everything seems to be running more smoothly and consistently under the current director. The current caregivers are attentive, hard-working and very good. However, turn-over is quite high.
