I had my consultation with Aly Rivera in January 2023. She was profesional, sweet and answered all my questions. Aly was a text or call away to answer any questions and concerns. Can express with words how happy I am with my results. As a trans men waiting 7 years and multiple doctors for my top surgery and not finding someone in NYC that convinced me with good results because of my age and skin conditions, I was recommended to hz plastic surgery. The professionalism and care was outstanding, the way they explain to me what was the best surgery in my case incredible. It’s been 6 weeks since my surgery and the results are amazing. Beginning with Saudi, the office assistant. I am really grateful to have met her! She scheduled me for my first appointment and has been walking with me every step of the way! Staff and Dr Lily are fantastic! From the start, they took their time to answer all questions and concerns about the procedure and what to expect. I'll admit, on the first appt with Dr Lily my anxiety was high. By the end of the appt is was fairly low. The day of surgery and follow up appts have been amazing. Everyone has a genuine concern for the patients. Its been a refreshing experience. A great big thank you to the staff and to Dr Lily for taking such good care of me through this process.
