Friendly and easy to work with. I felt comfortable.
The staff and Dr.Z are very friendly and professional, which made me feel comfortable enough to express my concern.The office was very neat and orderly and that gave me a sense of comfort on how things are handled and maintained.
Dr. Z gave me a really good vibe, I feel I connected with him because he seemed compassionate and human .

The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and comfortable in his abilities.
I had a wonderful experience. I do wish that my initial consult was with Doctor and that he was at at least one of the post op visits . Besides that I would recommend this Doctor and facility . The prices are a little high . I believe with a little price reduction people would be more interested with additional sessions.
Overall comfort and professionalism in the office. Both with Dr Lyly and Mariely as well as other office staff. Dr Lyly was very compassionate and made me feel like my appointment was the only one that mattered.
I have been to your practice before and felt extremely comfortable with the whole process. It was an easy decision to come back.
