I don't where to begin. I called in distress about my little guy possibly having a slipped disc. I had called so many places that wouldn't give me the time of day or seemed to care about the signs and symptoms I was sharing about him. I called this place and spoke with Kristy. She heard the distress in my voice and her genuine sincerity allowed me to vent my fears and be vulnerable about my fears. Everyone at Valley Animal Hospital so friendly and caring. Dr. examined the kittens I brought in, explained everything she was doing. Wait time to be seen was minimal. I feel my furbabies are in good hands at Valley Animal Hospital!
Such an awesome experience. We went for the first time trying out a different vet. Dr. Bowers really cares about the pet and not the cash flow. She's real and to point. Would definitely recommend.
Their new location is great, spacious, and clean. Plenty of space for social distancing, and at least for us it's in a much more convenient location. The staff is so caring and sweet with our dog, and always take the time to fully explain any medications or procedures. Dr. Bowers takes the time to make sure we understand anything we discuss and will call to check on our dog after procedures. We are very happy and confident taking him to this hospital.
I've been going here for over 4 years now and I honestly can never see myself going to another animal hospital. these guys are the best and they don't charge you an arm and a leg like plenty of other hospitals I've been to.
Went in cause my puppy had a hot spot and wanted him to get groomed so that it can heal up better. I was lucky enough for the vet to see my little guy as well since they are always busy. But the vet took care of him and gave him what he needed and I was so thankful! The staff were all very helpful and very nice. The doctor made everything very easy to understand and explained everything I needed to do for my little guy. Kathy also groomed my puppy and she was the sweetest. Staff and doctors are amazing. Helped me attend to my Olde English Bulldogge who numerous masses on her body. Her surgery was fantastic and their follow-ups were quick and easy.
Great experience everytime I need to take my dog. Customer service is exceptional. Dr. Duprez is wonderful as well as the entire medical staff. My dog was taken into the clinic and was out in 10 minutes. I highly recommend Valley Animal Hospital to everyone.
