I have been bringing my pets here since I was 16 years old. I am now 45 and I have to say this is the only place I will bring my pets. I went to another local Animal Hospital because I got a free wellness check on my new adopted kitty and they were absolutely horrible. They were rude, had an appointment and had to wait over an hour and the place was filthy. I didn't realize Valley Animal Hospital does free wellness checks on adopted pets too! Dr. Hesket was incredible. She made our pug, Oliver, feel more at home than any other vet ever has. She was so compassionate and understanding that she even offered to examine him on the floor because he was having a panic attack on the table. She wrapped him up in a blanket and held him like a baby when he was out of the room so that he never felt unsafe, at least that's what he said. I have been bringing my 4 legged family members here for over 30 years. Doctor Duprez took over the business from Doctor Cox and continued the great service. She and her staff are always caring, sympathetic, understanding and just overall wonderful.
Thank goodness i brought our lulu here. She was in so much pain we thought we would have to put her down but Dr.. Was thorough and told me what to expect, she was also very reasonable with treatment cost that made it possible for us to get her treated and back to health. I'm so grateful for this place, truly care about the animals & families.
I brought my cat in for her appointment and was given two recommendations for her treatment. I opted for surgery. The staff were very caring and I felt reassured that she was in great hands. They also have this adorable office kitty that is very friendly.
Quick and easy! $49 for rabbit exam and $30 for antibiotics and eye/nose drops! Super nice too!
Love this place! Started taking my pup here since the day she needed her first set of shots. All of the employees here are kind and considerate. The doctors are very gentle and seem to really care for the well being of your pet. I have called them with many questions and they are always there with an answer. They try to accommodate as best as possible and will even try and make same day appointments. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Thank you for your service!
