Brought my bunnies in Staff was sweet , doctor was professional answered all my questions. I liked that she was honest that she doesn't do neutering. The only thing I didn't like is I got a price before taking them in they had told me a price they had asked the doctor to check if it was okay, then when I went in they charged me more. Although it was discounted I'm still appreciative for that, just didn't like the fact they told me one thing and did another just seems dishonest to me. This is my first time coming to Valley Animal Hospital. The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. The hospital is very clean. I would definitely recommend this hospital.

Dr. Duprex is very knowledgeable. I was recommended to valley animal hospital from a friend. I have been very happy. I like that they can get me in pretty quickly for an appt. all the staff is so nice. I enjoy the kitty up front too in the condo. I can feel the love for my fur baby.

I am so thankful for Valley Animal Hospital. I have finally found an animal hospital where compassion for animals and their owners is obvious from the minute you walk into their facility. The ladies at the front counter welcome you the minute you enter and quickly get you checked in. My personal experience has been with DR RAQUEL HESKETT. When I made my first appointment, I did not request a particular doctor and was extremely relieved when DR. HESKETT walked into the room. I took my puppy to this place for the first time two days ago. My roomie recommended this vet, as she has had this vet for her dog for years. My puppy was coughing and wheezing and I searched all over for some place to see him right away. I was happy to hear that Valley was able to see him the same day I made his appointment. The staff was super friendly and the vet was up front and honest about his diagnosis and treatment. I recently moved to the IE with my Goldendoodle so I was already on the lookout for a new vet. When she started limping and having difficulty getting up the stairs, that turned into a frantic search. Valley Animal Hospital responded immediately and I was able to get an appointment that same week. They also have online appointment scheduling - which is super awesome. I have been bringing my pets here since I was 16 years old. I am now 45 and I have to say this is the only place I will bring my pets. I went to another local Animal Hospital because I got a free wellness check on my new adopted kitty and they were absolutely horrible. They were rude, had an appointment and had to wait over an hour and the place was filthy. I didn't realize Valley Animal Hospital does free wellness checks on adopted pets too! Dr. Hesket was incredible. She made our pug, Oliver, feel more at home than any other vet ever has. She was so compassionate and understanding that she even offered to examine him on the floor because he was having a panic attack on the table. She wrapped him up in a blanket and held him like a baby when he was out of the room so that he never felt unsafe, at least that's what he said. I have been bringing my 4 legged family members here for over 30 years. Doctor Duprez took over the business from Doctor Cox and continued the great service. She and her staff are always caring, sympathetic, understanding and just overall wonderful.
