Literally the worst animal hospital and veterinary service in the state. They overcharged me then when my dog needed to have her allergy shot, they refuse to help me. They should not be in practice anymore.

By far the most incomplete staff working there. Called for a nail trim for a guinea pig and had my daughter take him to the appointment. They never said that my pet needed an annual for a nail trim and went ahead with the appointment. Upon checkout they charged 85 dillars for a 2 second visit and a nail trim. My poor daughter was harrassed and bullied because she was unaware of such a large bill when she said she didnt have that much on her as a nail trim previously was only 25. Completely shocked at the price Valley cottage animal Hospital charged me for a dental cleaning with no teeth being pulled. The total was 1,248.00. I was so overwhelmed and cried. How can they possibly justify this. Called manager and they would not adjust price. Good bye valley cottage animal Hospital. 😢🤬

Really disgusted about the experience my grandmother and her dog got at Valley Cottage Animal Hospital. Last week, my grandmothers dog Muse was brought in for a checkup. Muse was a 8 year old Norfork terrier and in good health. On June 5th, we made an appointment for Muse because my grandmother was concerned with a cough her dog had for the past two days. This is probably one of THE WORST cases of RACISM I’ve EVER experienced in my LIFE! I’ve spent 4 years working FOR Valley Cottage Animal Hospital and have left MULTIPLE TIMES in TEARS! I wanted to share an experience I had at valley cottage animal hospital. I don’t want to get into details about what happened to my dog because I don’t know and neither did valley cottage animal hospital. She was my best friend in the world. I loved her more than anything. Valley cottage animal hospital tried multiple things to get her better, the last thing they tried was Intravenous antibiotics.
