They didn't treat my dog for over 6 hours after we assured that the dog was going to be treated shortly after we had gone home. Called last night and when I discovered this I asked the desk staff as well as the Vet on call to have the business manager to call me yesterday. Waited all day and no phone call... Then to boot I told them they no longer had permission to use my credit card till I speak to them and see a follow up bill and they charged my card an additional amount over the signed agreement amount of 1900 plus. Any vet that tells a person either pay up, kill the dog or leave, with a puppy half out of the momma dog, is NOT reputable in any manner! That dog came close to dying because all you care about is MONEY! The puppy died, because you are callous and don't care one iota about the animals. Thankfully a REAL VET saved the momma dogs life!
