My dog was struck by a car & was needed to be put to sleep. That was after they tried to convince me to spend $600 to open up my dog "to explore what was going on". After explaining I just didn't have that much money right now . They made me real like a piece crap and tried to convince me to get care credit. After I said that just wasn't an option, the vet told me his injuries were to severe anyway and wouldn't do any good and would have probably died during surgery. I am so disappointed in the cremation service this place offers...... DO NOT USE, it’s not even local. I was told it’s a service in our area....last I looked Williamsport, MD is not local to Winchester, VA They sent my boy back in a plain wooden box no engraving plus his paw prints don’t even match... Giving 1 Star because there is no option of zero. My wife took our dog to this place around 4am this morning after a detailed conversation over the phone. She advised them that our dog had just gave birth to 4 puppies, but she was due to give birth to 5 puppies according to our Vet who confirmed thru ultrasounds and X-rays and might need a C-Section surgery. She advised that it has been several hours since her last puppy was born and we were concerned. They advised that they can do the surgery if needed. My wife also advised... read more
Took my dog in on Friday for a UTI and based on other health factors my dog had previously I had to put her to sleep. Dr Iovino was the vet and the way she spoke to me wasn't compassionate and raising her voice at me. The way I was treated by her was NOT professional by any means making me feel like I was a horrible pet owner for things I had consulted with my primary vet about. Dr Iovino may know her job, but lacks personal skills. I would only recommend this place if you don't want your dog to suffer any more.

At first the experience was like any other typical clinic, the women at the front desk were concerned and very nice. Then they sent us back, the first two women we saw were nice as well UNTIL after we had found out that it would cost $300 to complete the removal of the fish hook, we decided to make a new plan. I CANT AFFORD THAT. I signed the paper stating that we were refusing treatment and going elsewhere ...
