Get directionsShame on this place. I took my dog there bc he was seriously sick. Treated me like I was buying a car. Kept coming in with estimates. Ended up paying $800 with no answers. Don't even trust you all with my dog. My dog is like my kids to me. I LOVE my dog!! Never again!!!!!
If I could give this no stars, I would. After informing me that my dog had eaten something poisonous they pushed fluid for 24 hours and sent him home were he was then taken to the regular vet to get an X-ray and have the large blockage removed from his stomach. Then informed me it was only after he was displaying signs of poisoning that he had gotten the blockage. Thank goodness for a reliable veterinary office that put my dogs care and life first. Had I just taken this place's word for it, my dog would be dead.
Shame on Valley emergency vet for taking advantage of people worried about their pet. Panda went in last night for a urinary blockage (which we have dealt with before from other cats) but because our vet was closed & he looked to be in pain, she went with him last night. We appreciate having an "ER" for our pets but these exaggerated prices are out of control. $1200 to $800 and then finally $400. And the vet refused to give us any other medication so we had to go to our regular vet today for another $100.
Took my 3yr great dane due to bleeding from her spay incision. They took my dog to back room to "exam" her. She was maybe back there 5 mins. Jen Lauer DVM came rushing in and stated from what she can see on ultrasound there was alot of fluid moving around. She said my dog was bleeding internally and handed me an estimate for 5500.00. I never saw an ultrasound and do not believe they did one. She seemed very busy with "rounds" and talking to other dr since they just changed shifts. I elected to leave after 4 hours, because i ... read more
Nice attention. Everybody was very kind, but it is extremely expensive and we had to wait for almost 4 hours because it was only 1 vet and he had an emergency.
The prices are genuinely outrageous. They try to stuff a credit card plan down your throats instead of monthly payments. It was made very clear that all they care about is money. They were going to stop treatment on my VERY critical dog just because I didn't have 2k just chillen in my back pocket. I took my dog to a reg vet & now he has been doing twice as better as he was when he was under their care. Don't even waste your time with these people.
Absolute worst vet ever!!!! If you love your pet do not take them here they dont care about your pet at all they care about is money. The vets are complete idiots cant diagnose anything at all. I took my pet to a different vet after they charged me 3000 for absolutely nothing and the other vet diagnosed it right away. I dont know where these vets got their schooling but obviously it didnt work or theyre just retards. These people are the absolute scum of the earth.
I came in with my dog who had fluid around his heart and adomen. It was a pretty serious situation which is why I came. This was the closest one to me and I had never been there before. It wasn't near the experience the other reviews talk about. The vet, who I won't name, essentially acted as if she didn't want to remove the fluid and gave me numerous reasons as if to suggest I needed to put him down. Kept saying the fluid will come back like it's a lost cause. She really didn't like it when I told her to remove the fluid an... read more
