I had to take my Chihuahua into the er last night and I was frantic. My dogs name is peanut. He is not good with strangers at all and everyone in this place was so nice and cared so much for my dog I felt so good about the cared my dog got. I want to thank everyone there for helping peanut and me when we needed you the most. You all really do care. And it's so clean there. I was so amazed. Again, thank you.

I made the difficult decision to say good bye to my pup of 14 years yesterday. I was hesitant to go here because it wasn't my usual vet and I was unsure as to how compassionate they would be to my needs and how they would handle my situation. With that being said, this place was amazing, the compassion and genuine concern for me and my pup were tremendous. Thank you for making an extremely difficult decision bearable and taking time to make sure I was okay!

Dr. Joe was so nice and made sure we knew the diagnosis. He gave us all the information we needed to make a decision for our fur baby. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and the staff where all very understanding. I'd recommend Dr. Joe to anyone who needs an er doc for their babies.

Went for the first time yesterday because my dog was having stomach issues. The staff and doctor were as friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable as could be. The only reason I’m not giving them the whole five stars is because, as is the case with many vets, I feel like it was a little pricier than it had to be. It’s $100 just to walk in, which is twenty more than they charge humans at urgent care. That said, I will not hesitate to go back if (God forbid) I should ever have to again. Valley Vet Emergency and Referral has gone above and beyond to save our little dog, Buddy. The office is clean and the staff is friendly and professional. The vets that cared for him saved his life! I loved the updates each morning and if I ever called they were cheerful and ready to give me any info I wanted on our boy. We definitely made a great decision coming there. We are forever grateful to them for saving our little family member. Buddy is a healthy happy boy again!

A few weeks ago my 14 week old black pug was fine when I put her in her create that Tue morning however when I got home she was acting weird when I looked at her something was going in with her left eye, I immediately took her to valley veterinarian emergency. I have gone here before and always received awesome care as I did this time . Dr Reiss, was the vet she immediately said we are going to treat the eye very aggressively you will have to put meds in eye every 2 hrs and meds around the clock.
