Staff was so helpful and extremely professional!! Given the situation we were there for, they made our experience very rememberable. Caring and thoughtful! Have been recommending them to all our friends that have pets and are in need during an emergency.
Took our dog Laila in for stomach pain. Was taken back and said to be stable. Was not seen until other emergencies. (More Important). Her bladder ruptured due to kidney stones. So she had to be put down. Everyone there was very nice, but I feel she was not seen quick enough. As we checked in at 1030am and at 6pm was talked to by Dr.
Caring, polite and professional staff. I was very pleased with how they took care of my dog. My only complaint is for the mark-up on the medications prescribed. It is absolutely unethical. I would give 5 stars if not for the 400 to 1000% mark-up on the medications.
