I had a rather lengthy apt. In which I was not scheduled properly for. I was their for a bout a hour longer than expected. I respect your time so I feel that mine should be as well. I understand that things happen but at least let me know. I like that Cris and Britney checked on me as much as they did to see if I was doing alright. I did not feel forgotten about. Just upset with timing.
So my apt Monday was suppose to be forty mins. I spent just forty mins waiting to have the Dr to come back to get started? Where did he go and the assistant? Lately the Dr and his assistant have seem agitated and then when i get up front after my long apt I have to sit another wonderful 20 mins to have the ladies up front give attitude. Maybe its time to add on new staff if this is what you call quality work?
I only have been coming to this office for a short time. Everyone is friendly..the only thing is that I feel like a number if that makes sense. I understand this is a business but people are not made of money during my exam they said i would need a crown..Then asked if I wanted that done that same day...Its a nice offer but then when i said i cant afford that then they go on the Dr goes on to tell me that I need to hurry bc of whatever issue with my tooth is. I feel upset that im rushed and pushed into procedures
I was not happy at all. This was my first visit for the year. During my visit they tell me I still owe money from my visits last year. Apparently my insurance did not pay as much as their office thought it would. First they should have contacted the insurance to be sure of what was and wasn't covered. If they say this is your total, they should not be able to come back and say oh you still owe us more money. Then why didn't anyone call me or send me a letter saying they made a mistake? The dentist is great I had no problem with that, what I had a problem with it was the explaining of the receptionist. My problem was that when she gave me the total of what my son had to get done I ask is that the amount for the whole procedure me thinking everything it needs to get done she said yes. Next thing I know that amount is for that visit only and there's more to get charge for the following visits. i came in with a tooth ach , left with scrapped mouth , the lower and upper roof , does any one care about there profession anymore . first clue was do you have insurance question before they opened my mouth. when i gave all my info to front dest , which tells me the dentist dont even look at paperwork . your a number there . as you look at a gapping hole in a wall from a cable wire install , that seems a lil unsanitary drywall dust and my open mouth .
Unbelievably expensive... Other than that very friendly, and very explanatory... Unfortunalty unaffordable.....
I received a call reminding me of a up coming appointment. I informed that I was not going to be unable to attended. Barbara tranfered me to the office Manager, she give me the third degree treatment. Said "well didnt you know that at the time you made the appointment" I felt very upset and did not want to lash out, but I feel very frustrated if your calling me a week in advance to confirm.
