Your Finance team harrassed my wife for money after I told them only to speak with me, she paid an amount she did not even know was due so she could get out. All 4 of my family are done with you. I specifically asked that you only talk with me about money and instead you badgered her into giving you a check - shame on you.
I have had several experiences with the receptionist and front desk person being rude to us while we were there. If it continues we will be taking our business elsewhere.
I am not very happy with my experience but at this point, I am just finishing up what I have started with your team. The doctors and staff seem rushed. That is not good as it creates feeling of uneasiness. My last experience, the doctor rushed my patient experience. She wanted to finish fast and because the bleeding did not stop fast enough for her, she used a laser to stop it.
