Bryce is wonderful; he is personable, clear in his explanations, and keeps track of what's going on during the time the car is being serviced. I give him 5 stars, well-deserved. What I must mention about Vandergriff Honda, however, is its policy of charging a fee for credit card use. Luckily, I had a spare check, which had been in my wallet for over a year, which, in itself, emphasizes how infrequently I need this. Great experience. Quick Oil change and Tire Rotation. Pointed out some service items and took care of a couple quickly while there.

The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Advisor was courteous and efficient and my wait time was reasonable. I even got a free car wash and vacuum!
