Wes Hankins is an excellent, accessible, and honest lending broker. He's quick to answer questions and offers clear explanations and sound advice about a process that can be confusing to many of us buying or refinancing our homes. We decided to buy abruptly after our landlord told us he was selling the home we had lived in for 3 years and we couldn't find any rental properties that would accept our dogs (even those that said they were pet-friendly usually went with another applicant when push came to shove). Wes was great to work with during our purchase process. We had several homes we were looking at, and lost two of them during the process, none because of anything We did. He was very flexible and quick to respond to the rapidly changing environment. He was always willing to take my calls and emails, answered all my questions clearly and concisely. Great company to work with. Pulled a fast escrow when the sellers requested it. I think our escrow was only 21 days! Wes explained things as we went through the process which helped me understand what was going on. I was comfortable to call him up with any questions and he always helped me understand.
