Being a FTHB it was very comforting to have Rick at Vault Financial on our side through this unforgiving market and rates. His expert knowledge, patience, and determination really helped us go through with our first home purchase. I bought through Wes in 2020 and had an amazing loan experience. Wes worked with my realtor to ensure there were no delays in purchasing my home due to loan approval. Everything was done in less than 27 days. 3 years later, Wes still regularly checks in to make sure we have the educational resources necessary. He spent an hour on the phone with me (at least) the other day giving suggestions and referrals on financial planning. I am very cynical in general and actually trust I will get good service from Wes and his team.

Wes is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to guide you through the loan process. He answered all my questions and concerns regarding the loan process. I highly recommend his office due to his exceptional service. Communication was on point!

If I could give more stars I would. What can I say, Wes and his team have been incredible to work with. Morning, noon, night or weekends they are there to answers your questions and walk you through the process.
