Morning, noon, night or weekends they are there to answers your questions and walk you through the process. As first time home owners Rick guided us and answered all of our questions. It did not matter the day or time, he was there for us. He made us feel comfortable and explained things very well. He will go over it & over it again if you are having trouble understanding any part of the loan process. Rick is awesome and we look forward to working with him in the future.
