I'd give it a five based on the friendliness of the people - both the residents and the staff. I immediately felt at home here - Very comfortable. I do recommend
Excellent (5's) in all areas except for admin staff...which includes dining room service staff. Admin-3, servers-3 But I will say...once there were complaints, they all have really tried to get reorganized and have listened to the tenants. And I'm very well aware how difficult it is to find good help that is loyal enough to show up... which brings up another point, I believe most all tenants would agree, the dining room and kitchen staff deserves more salary! Verena is a wonderful place for seniors and has everything we need. All staff are amazing. All our residents are made to feel like we are "home" and are all family. We are cared for and protected in every way. I wake up every morning thinking how lucky I am.
