I am so glad to live at Verena. The staff are great and I couldn’t be happier with my choice to move here. The food is great and I have made many good friends here. I am so well taken care of by the whole team.

I feel blessed to be here. My daughter helped find this community for me and I couldn't be happier to be living here. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and there is always something going on and people to talk to.

From start to finish of the move in proceess and then the months that have passed by have been such a relief for my parents and I. My mother can go to activities in the building knowing that dad is just upstairs. She has taken to water color painting and my dad enjoys the music events that are held. I know they are eating well and my father gained some much needed weight but there are great food choices available and my mom has lost a few pounds since she can choose a balanced meal. Verena - well landscaped ,recently renovated public areas ,many meal choices and activities galore! What makes Verena is the people , all are in similar stages in their lives and willing to assist to meet individual needs.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to really care about the residents and foster a warm community feeling. It is a welcoming environment and the move in went smoothly. The housekeeping staff does a great job and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend this facility.

My experience has been positive. The physical ""plant" at Verena is really nice, especially with the recent changes of new carpets, furniture etc. My concern is with services that are promised. We residents are charged A LOT of money month for services beyond rent for the apartments. We have been patient with the under-staffing because this happens everywhere. In short, I have been a patient patient! I still drive, but parking is a problem, especially when many of us can't do a lot of walking. Residents who don't drive often... read more
I moved here many years ago. I love the area and the people who live here. I do not feel lonely. The staff is friendly and helpful. I just wish they stayed here longer. I have met some of the greatest friends I have ever had.
