My experience was very good and I fully recommend this place to anyone. From Paige on the phone with all the necessary infor to then being greeted by Karen when we arrived in and then only a short wait and then Mindy was very comforting and reassuring and made me feel very comfortable. The whole experience was very positive and pleasant. I truly appreciated all the warm welcome we got and I was a very nervous person coming in. Thank you Paige, Karin and Mindy. You made my day.

This is a thank you to those who do their job well. However, we needed the images to be forwarded to our specialist. I was told that the images could not be sent electronically and had to have asked for a disc of the images at the time of the procedure. Then we were informed that we needed to come in and pick the disc up. We live 3 hours away. We provided our fed-ex account number to facilitate the process of getting the disc to us. Today we called back to get a tracking number and was informed that there is no tracking numb... read more
