I was very anxious about being in a “cone”. Two days before my scheduled appointment I was called and told there was an issue and my appointment couldn’t be kept. A couple of days later I was rescheduled for the next day of my original appointment. I was also pleased to be told it would be in the open MRI machine. The experience was pleasant and the staff were polite and compassionate about the pain I was experiencing in my shoulder about half way through. Overall a great experience.
