Great in e everything you did. From start to finish,
its not that i didn't love it, the whole experience was acceptable in light of being claustrophobic. The tech was very helpful, respectful and understanding.
Professional and courteous
I was able to get an appointment within three business days. The entire procedure took less then 15 minutes. My doctor and I had the results within 5 days.
Everyone was helpful and courteous through the whole experience. A gentleman named Josh was the technician who assured me into the x-ray room and kept me well informed of the whole procedure so much so that I think I took a short nap. I would not hesitate to recommend your business to anyone else who needs an MRI, thank you for getting me in so soon.
Communication process was great from scheduling through discharge. Everyone was very courteous and instructive. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the names of everyone involved in my visit, but they all were great. I would recommend receiving services at this organization to any of my family and friends.

The front desk personnel was very nice and helpful, but we were disappointed with the lack of communication and explanation of the procedure by the tech who took Sage's images. I waited in the hallway, but was given no timeline or outline of what Sage would be doing. What made it more frustrating is that when the imaging was complete, I learned that Sage, who is 13 and has never had an MRI, had really no idea what was going on either.
