Comfortable place to... (Verified Renter) Comfortable place to live with wonderful personnel but overpriced for the value. We pay a lot for the fact that the apartment is renovated but paint is chipping off walls, it?s poorly insulated which results in high electric bills and we have a lot of bugs even though we keep the apartment very clean. The pool is dirty even though it just opened and we are regularily woken up at night because of neighbors? car alarms.

Do it! I’ve been here for 5 months or so, and I can say that choosing this complex was the best decision I made. Staff and maintenance are friendly, polite, and helpful. It’s safe and quiet. One of my favorite things here is the greenery. I am surrounded by trees. I haven’t had any major issues since I’ve moved here, and what little issues I have had, maintenance has always responded quickly. Happy to call this place my home!
