Worst place I've ever lived Do not move here y'all. There was an enormous wasp infestation in the apartments when I moved in. I personally killed 27 wasps INSIDE my 1 bedroom apartment. More than that though, no one is ever available in the office once you move-in, maintenance never shows up, etc. It was infuriating trying to move-out. No one would reply to my calls or emails. No insulation leads to astronomically high electric bills Do not move here unless you want to spend an astronomical amount of money on heating and cooling each month. I am talking about 200.00 electric bills and still have 2 very different climates upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs remains hot, and downstairs remains chilly. Don't even think of it! I've had an okay-ish time while living here for almost a year. The first part of living here was good because of the constant communication from the office management and everything they had to offer. But this year has gone down hill ever since the new management took over... While I love... (Verified Renter) While I love the area and its proximity to downtown, I feel due to the age of the units, the electricity bill in the winter is astronomical. It is hard to get the apartment warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a nice community however the rent prices are getting out of hand. It's nice they are renovating the interiors but the materials used are not high quality. What really needs to be done is install new windows.
