Staff and maintenance... (Verified Renter) Staff and maintenance are always very helpful and friendly. The community is very quite and peaceful. As long as they can keep my rent low enough for me to stay here I will not be moving anywhere else.
The new management... (Verified Renter) The new management team with Alden as manager has been the best here so far and I've lived here for 7 years and been through 4 different mangers thus far.
Great Community I have been a resident for the last 9 months and have to say that I have seen tremendous improvements. Both within the office and throughout the property. The property manager arrived in January and things seem to be in order now. The property has a new maintenance supervisor and you see him always running around working and helping folks. I am very happy to live here and would recommend my community to anyone. Thanks to the office for making me finally feel at home.
