Very nice people there and clean they are not rude at all like the girls that at Banning veterinarian Hospital those people there are rude and they really dont care for your pet at all. Redlands is more expensive but worth it very caring people.

My puppy pug has been here for a couple days now and they’ve been so good to him. Angie and Arturo has been such an AMAZING help keeping me updated about Sonny. I feel so comfortable leaving him in the nurses care and he’s doing so good.

My puppy got parvo and I quickly brought her here. The staff is super nice and very attentive. I can tell they were treating my puppy with the best care. She's home now and acting very playful and energetic. I recommend anyone to come here for your vet needs. I will be returning here if anything else happens (hopefully not) but we never know😅

It is very hard to find an appointment for a last minute vet appointment. I was prepared to spend and arm and a leg, yes, it more expensive, but not as bad as I thought. Thanks goodness my fur-baby only needed fluids and meds. The whole process was a breeze. They recommended I go home and wait for a call regarding her treatment, which I was reluctant of. Arthur was so wonderful with our dog and very compassionate with us; as we made the decision to have our precious dog euthanized. The vet & staff were very informative, kind, and compassionate. Thanks to Arthur he made the devastating process of saying goodbye to our pet easier. We truly appreciated Arthur’s gentle, caring and kind ways. The staff has been tremendously helpful, informative, and caring throughout this entire process. This is the first time I have had to go through something like this, and they have made this emotional time that much easier on me and my wife. Have brought 3 of my fur babies here, and yes the waiting is long and yes it is going to cost a lot of money but honestly they are just so great here. The vets are great and the staff are so nice!
