Please don’t take your pets here. They only care about the almighty $$. They won’t even look at your pet until you pay the $110 up front fee. Then, after many hours of waiting with no triage whatsoever, they take your pet back into a kennel. Then, after many more hours, they call you with an estimate of the costs to treat your pet. Do not take you animals here if you want them to be actually cared for! My dog was just pumped full of drugs, not given his normal medication, and his condition actually worsened significantly by being there. They will lie to you and they have horrible communication. The people in the front are lazy, rude, and do not want to do their job.
I really wish I could give 5 stars. They didn’t take in my pet right away but their prices are UNFAIR. They told me my total was $190 and literally 5 minutes later called me back saying it was $288! This was for an allergic reaction for a 6 pound puppy! When I went to pick her up her face was still swollen. Very disappointed.

TL:DR- don't go here and drive the extra 30 minutes to the VCA for professional service. What would have easily been a 5 star review for the great medical care my pet received from the surgeon turned into a 1 star review for the headache and frustration of dealing with the staff at Emergency Pet Hospital of Redlands, and the only reason this is 1 star is because it's physically impossible to rate them any lower. We are working on getting a system down for communication better.
