The level of care is unparalleled. The staff showed professionalism mixed with the care and love only pet lovers exhibit. Highly recommended! Five stars just isn't enough. Thank you so much!

Had to take our pup of 1 day in over a weekend as he was experiencing a lot of nausea. Several tests identified he had a parasite which they began treatment on and gave us very clear instructions and meds to help him recoup after a tough couple days. Very much appreciate the medical help, but also the caring and advice on next steps...

We had a great experience with Emergency Pet Hospital of Redlands. It wasn't in the best location in Redlands but the staff was amazing, A+++!!!! We brought our 14 year old golden retriever to ER for continuous vomiting. Due to COVID-19, we had to wait in our car for a tech to come out. The wait wasn't long. The tech that came out was very friendly and caring. Dr. Turner took care of Rango overnight and was very communicative. She was clear and concise with her findings and recommendations. Also, we were very surprised at h... read more

$165 for a 10 second conversation/exam and for the doctor to not even touch our dog. Unfortunately, our dog was dismissed and treated with no urgency after having a severe allergic reaction to a bee sting, and vomiting. We were told to leave and give her a singular dose of benadryl since they weighed her at 27lbs. With that being said, we went home and did that. Then she developed severe hives all over her neck and face, legs and back. She began breathing with difficulty and her symptoms began to worsen. We called and asked ... read more

Horrible, horrible service. Left us in a room for hours and literally ignored us.

If i could put 0 i would... yesterday 3/30/2024 we had to put our 14 year old dog down that had started to decline fast. They were very sweet and nice. Very understanding we were sad. All that to say i believe they only care about the 200-600 dollars you spend to have your dog put down. We heard our dog screaming in the back which thought it might be him being nervous... fast forward we are home and our 3year olds thyroid(we assume because she has thyroid problems) has grown to the size of at least a softball on the left sid... read more

Don't bring your pet here! We brought our cat here and had to ask hourly about when she would be seen. We have been here for 7 1/2 hours and still haven't seen a vet. There are zero people in the waiting room. They took her in the back because we were getting irate but they probably just wanted to shut us up.

The staff let my dog sit for 18 hours before being seen. They told me they did not consult us before deciding against a more invasive surgery even though she clearly needed it. They sent her home with a huge swollen abdomen full of blood where she died a few hours later. The hospital refused to return any of my phone calls. I really tried to give the manager an opportunity to at least speak to me about this. I was told to call her or text her. I did both. I left voicemails. I called the hospital while she was working but was... read more
