Fairly Average Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets? No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

I had to bring my dog to Shenandoah Valley Regional Veterinary Emergency Services when she passed away. They were incredible. So compassionate and attentive. Nothing we asked of them was too much. They provided us with a BEAUTIFUL wooden box with her ashes and a paw print with a heart charm. I will always keep this memento and remember their kindness during one of the worst days of my life.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

To everyone that wants to complain about the staff - YOU need to wear these people's shoes for one night!!!! YOU need to be more understanding!!!! How many of your would be able to look again and again at a pet in the eyes and comfort them at a time when their life is being ended and maintain professionalism at such a sad time - these people do it nightly. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? No, my decisions were always respected

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They took plenty of time with us and answered our questions patiently. They appeared qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. This is an emergency service so they are not familiar with your pet as your regular vet would be, but they do their best to find out the pet's history.
