Marshall, in his 3 1/2 years has needed their help twice. In both cases, serious surgery was required, and in both instances he returned to the healthy, happy go lucky dog we know and love. After showing up to the closest vet to us and finding out that were closed, we were in a panic and contacted the South Deerfield Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Hospital. The woman on the phone kept us calm and told us to come right in. After a 45 minute drive, our pup was triaged and taken right away into the back. RecommendedEven before my dog Milo was seen here, I called to determine my options. The person on the phone was incredibly compassionate and helpful. They gave me various options after I discussed the current state of Milo’s health. When I did decide to bring him in, I could see that the vet really cared and once again was compassionate and understanding.
