Without a doubt the staff and doctors are the best in the area. My Bichon, Blanca, had a torn ACL and required surgery. Dr. Benson is Blanca’s doctor who performed the ACL surgery. He is amazing! He diagnosed Blanca’s injury without any unnecessary tests, unlike the VCA ER in Springfield. He took the time to show us what her injury was and answer all our questions without us feeling rushed. Excellent care, attentive staff, great communication. Over the past few years several of our dogs have needed their services. These can be difficult times for pet-parents and our experiences over time have demonstrated how fortunate we are to have access to such care in our area.

They care about the animals and the owners. Everyone is amazing from the staff, doctors durning the day to the doctors in the ER at night.

I brought my little girl Lucy in, I thought she may have had an obstruction, they did an X-ray and thankfully found nothing...very dehydrated so she is getting fluids tonight...I actually work at a local veterinary clinic and I am very thankful for VESH 💜🐶💜

Brought my sweet boy there this morning for seizures- never had experienced them before this morning. They brought him right in, explained everything thoroughly, answered all 145 questions I had, and even carried him around in a front pack all day because he was having such anxiety being there. My little guy does NOT like people. He is 9 years old and has NEVER let anyone besides my family touch him , never mind pick him up. So him letting the staff carry him speaks volumes to their gentle and caring way for animals. ... read more
