I hope you never need an emergency veterinarian in the middle of the night, but if you do, I highly recommend this place. I had to take my 12 year old bichon there twice in 4 months for different reasons and they did a great job. They are great with pets and humans. The doctor called me as soon as my pup woke up from the anesthesia to let me know he was resting comfortably and when I could pick him up. Very professional, had a small wait because they had a critical patient. I thought for the ER it was reasonable. Hope I will never have to go back, but if I do I know we will be well taken care of.
Dr. Winter and his staff have been the most amazing people I could ever come in contact with they went above and beyond helping me and my baby Nelly. Thanks to all the staff for all they've done for us. Love love love them. ♡♡♡

Compassionate care with excellent service! They truly care about helping you and your fur baby! We are lucky to have a place like this to turn to when our babies need it! They even have doctors who are specialists in their field. Our pup recently needed dental surgery and Dr. Winter was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable...she was in excellent hands!
The vets, techs, office staff were all amazing and saved my little boys life! Since going in and getting treatment for my dog (yeah, the cost is high but it's an emergency facility), I've called about 6 times with questions and been able to speak with a tech or Doctor right away! They are amazing!
