I brought my 8 month old puppy in with severe anemia. He was bleeding internally and the blood was pooling in his chest cavity. The vet met me at the door and immediately took him and began administering treatment. The fast action and knowledge of the veterinarian to diagnose him, saved his life. It was ‘touch and go’ for the first several hours of his treatment. I was told exactly what they were going to do, and what chances my puppy had of surviving. The staff was very friendly and compassionate. I was told upfront what th... read more

Cleo, my 8-year-old Chocolate Lab, had a swollen and painful paw. My regular vet was closed for Thanksgiving and I knew it couldn’t wait until Monday as Cleo had a fever and wouldn’t eat. From arrival until departure, I couldn’t be happier with the treatment that Cleo received. The tech, Courtney, and Dr. Sarah Pratt were kind, thorough, and patient. The receptionist was efficient and polite. The bill was $155. If Cleo would have had to wait for treatment, and the infection worsened, the cost would have only increased. I’m t... read more

We live in Wellington, it was a Saturday and our usual vet was out of town. Our lil Chihuahua had been sickly so we ran her up to the emergency clinic to have her looked at. The staff were friendly and professional. They helped us out and even made an appointment for us with one of their specialist for a later date. This place is costly but always available after hours and even holidays. If you're in need of medical attention for your fur babies and cannot make it in to your regular vet you can rely on these professionals to... read more

We had to take out boy Zeke in because he had broken his leg during a fall. As soon as they saw him they voiced their concerns and immediately started care for him. We spoke with multiple staff members and each member was kind and compassionate. As we waited we witnessed countless families come in and each was greeted with warmth and compassion. Our circumstance didn’t end so happy for us as it appeared Zeke had complications that most likely lead to him breaking his leg. We chose to limit his suffering and the staff was bey... read more

Its just like a hospital ER. You see heartbreak and relief all at the same time. There is no law for animals to be treated like there are for people regardless of how much we love them. Like in human hospitals, patients are triaged and treated according to seriousness which leaves some cases waiting longer. I am fortunate enough to be able to afford the emergency care and I understand why it is more expensive for them to maintain the facility with the staff and the equipment that they have there. I encourage everyone to look... read more
